We are able to make prototype parts
quickly and cost effective for you

Let SeaGate plastics design team start your project right with the quickest, most cost effective solutions to creating your prototype.

Whether your production component will eventually be extruded, injection molded, thermoformed or CNC machined, we will find the right process for your application. Often prototypes can be created from prototype tooling which is more cost effective and reduces lead-times.
Some parts may be able to be prototyped with no tooling costs when existing parts can be modified or fabricated to meet your specifications.

We create a variety of rapid plastic prototypes and plastic prototype parts for many different applications. Prototype molds are usually built to last a short life. The mold is built without features found in the production mold, so the build time is less and the mold less expensive.

Dimension, use and volume are entirely up to the customer within practical limits.
